Shipping: Most orders ship within 24 hours of receipt of order. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground within the continental United States. Credit cards are charged upon shipment. If you would like to cancel an order, we must be contacted before the order is shipped and you must receive acknowledgement of the cancellation from us via email or fax. If an order has already shipped, the Returns policy guidelines will apply.
Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy for products that are defective. Please contact Customer Service by phone or email if a dog bed needs to be returned due to a defect, and we will issue instructions for returning the product. When you receive those instructions, follow them to return the product. When the item is received by us, we will repair or replace it and immediately ship it back. Any non-warranty return will include a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling charges and is subject to a 25% restocking charge. Returns will only be accepted for products that are in restock/unused condition and must be returned with all original packaging including the original packing slip. Please insure items when returning them to us. We cannot give refunds for items damaged in transit.
